Preheat oven to 350˚

INGREDIENTS

mint chocolate chip ice cream chocolate sandwich cookies dark chocolate* heavy cream* whipping cream or non-dairy whipped topping *or store-bought hot fudge topping

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Crush chocolate cookies and butter using a food process or sealed plastic bag and rolling pin.

Layer crumbs in a 9x13" pan evenly pressing down firmly. Bake for 10 minutes.

Cut right throught the ice cream container to make slices of ice cream. Peel off the wrapping.

Melt the chocolate into warm cream and stir to make the creamiest ganache...so easy!!!
