Make sure your salmon doesn't have any bones

Preheat oven to 450˚

salmon fillets honey sriracha soy sauce apple cider vinegar garlic ginger zucchini blackberries cashews

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Mix honey, sriracha, soy sauce & vinegar together and brush on top of salmon.

Roast the salmon for 10-15 minutes until it reaches 145˚ and is flaky.

Meanwhile, spiralize some zucchini into zoodles.

Don't have a spiralizer? Use a vegetable peeler to make long wide and thin zoodles!

ZOODLES TIP

Whisk up the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, ginger, garlic and honey into a sweet salad dressing!

Start with a bed of zoodles and layer on: -salmon -blackberries -cashew
