WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Read through the recipe completely

STUFF TO DO

Grab a large brining or ziploc bag and a roasting pan

Assemble all your ingredients

Mix brine ingredients in medium mixing bowl until fully blended.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

MOISTURE.  A brine is the deep dark secret to keeping this juicy roast turkey breast. FLAVOR. A brine adds tremendous flavor and seasoning.

Why brine your Thanksgiving turkey?

Coat the inside and outside of the bird with the dry brine. Don't be shy!

Place inside large ziploc and set on a sheet pan in the fridge.

Use sliced sweet and russet potatoes underneath the brined bird as your roasting rack. They catch all the salty drippings and make for easy cleanup!

Roast for 15 minutes and then lower oven to 350° until meat thermometer reaches 165°.
