INGREDIENTS

Make a white sauce (also known as bechamel) and once thickened, add the grated cheeses.

Add the grated cheese to the pan OFF the heat to avoid burning the cheese.

COOKING TIP

Stir the sauce until the cheese is melted and smooth. Pour over the pasta

Pour the cheesy mac into a large baking pan or individual gratin pans

Mix up the breadcrumbs and toast in a skillet over medium-low heat.
