ground chuck ground pork kosher salt eggs panko slices of fresh bread Parmesan cheese parsley oregano nutmeg (a secret!!) garlic homemade red sauce (recipe included!)

Mix both meats in a bowl along with allll the other ingredients!

make meatballs

Make rounded balls using a 2" cookie scoop and roll. Line  up on a baking sheet.
