Defrost any meat, if needed

INGREDIENTS

ground chicken or turkey ground pork lemongrass jalapeno ginger panko egg cilantro onion garlic chicken broth red curry paste coconut milk fish sauce cornstarch

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Place both ground meats in a bowl and mix in the eggs, pepper,lemongrass, ginger, panko and seasonings.

Form the meat mix into meatballs. Place them on a parchment covered baking sheet to ready for cooking.

Heat some oil in a large pan and brown the meatballs without crowding on both sides. Drain back on sheet pan covered with paper towels.

Now let's get ready to make the sauce....saute some onions and garlic in the same pan and add the red curry paste, milk, chicken broth, and fish sauce

Add in the partially cooked meatballs and cover the pan and simmer until the meatballs are cooked through. EASY!!!

Make a Thai Meatball bowl with roasted sweet potatoes and a bed of jasmine rice
