Oven Roasted Potato Halves

Perfect for a crowd...make as many as you have guests!

INGREDIENTS

 Idaho russet potatoes (washed, dried and halved lengthwise) unsalted butter salt & pepper

STUFF TO DO

Grab a big sheet pan

Assemble all your ingredients

Flour Bowl

Place the stick (or sticks if using half sticks) on a 12 x 17" sheet pan and place the pan in the oven.

Melt the butter on the the pan for about 5 minutes until foamy. Remove the pan from the oven and season liberally with salt and pepper

Place the halved potatoes cut side down on the melted butter. Brush more butter on the tops and season.

Roast the potatoes for 30-35 minutes until crispy.

Serve these roasted potato halves with a big dollop of ranch dressing!
