It's made with 100% canned pumpkin

brown sugar chopped pecans unsalted butter flour baking soda baking powder kosher salt spices solid pumpkin vanilla oil eggs  milk

INGREDIENTS

Mix up the pumpkin with eggs, sugar, and oil until completely smooth.

Add the dry ingredients whisking to smooth out the lumps!

Pour batter into a loaf pan and top with streusel topping

Bake at 350˚ for about an hour. Check with a skewer or cake tester.

 Wrap first in parchment paper then foil and pack in a freezer-safe ziploc for up to 3 months.
