These breakfast burritos are crispy on the outside and cheesy and full of eggs and good stuff on the inside!

Meal prep a batch ahead of time and wrap them individually to eat throughout the week,

FREEZE 

You can freeze the leftovers for another meal or two (at least!)

Gather all your ingredients.

Pull out some parchment paper and foil.

INGREDIENTS

whole grain tortillas unsalted butter onion chicken apple sausage links eggs milk  salt and pepper fresh spinach fresh mozzarella block of feta cheese

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Whisk eggs and milk together in a large bowl

Mince the onions and dice the sausage. Saute the onion in a little butter.

Next, add in the diced sausage and lightly brown with the onions...smells so good!

RECIPE TIP

Gently stir in the eggs on low until cooked and add in the spinach until cooked down. Don't overcook the eggs!

Butter one edge of the tortilla and lay a spoonful of the egg filling down the center. Tuck in the sides and roll!

Bake until crispy and serve with your favorite toppings!
