raw broccolini olive oil lemon kosher salt black pepper

Trim the broccolini with sharp knife removing any leaves and separating small stems to thin.

Heat a skillet over medium high heat and add the broccolini in a single layer.

At the end of cooking cover the broccolini to finish cooking.
