Add water to a big container.

garlic lemon preserved lemons/juice fresh thyme dried oregano crushed red pepper olive oil whole chicken -plus- sous vide circulator

Roast the garlic in the oven (a muffin tin works great!)

SQUEEZE THE GARLIC AND MIX WITH THE HERBS AND LEMON
