sourdough bread
pancetta
Italian sausage
eggs
milk
half & half
salt and pepper
ricotta
parmesan
fontina
sharp cheddar
fresh basil

Saute the pancetta in a skillet until just shy of crispy.

In the same pan, cook up the Italian sausage until cooked through, about 8 minutes.
