INGREDIENTS

sourdough bread pancetta Italian sausage eggs milk half & half salt and pepper ricotta parmesan fontina sharp cheddar fresh basil

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Saute the pancetta in a skillet until just shy of crispy.

In the same pan, cook up the Italian sausage until cooked through, about 8 minutes.

Line a plate or baking sheet with several layers of paper towels to drain cooked ingredients like bacon or sausage.

RECIPE TIP

Whisk togther the eggs and milk along with the half and half. And in another bowl, mix the ricotta, parmesan and one more egg.

Layer the ingredients in this order: -bread strips -ricotta -ground meats -grated cheeses. Repeat!  Pour over eggs & milk and bake.
