ribeye steaks sharp provolone, from the deli, thinly sliced garlic powder kosher salt ground black pepper french rolls

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

STUFF TO DO

Choose a sharp knife for slicing the meat

Assemble all your ingredients

Yeast Package
Flour Bowl

Thinly slice ribeye across the grain

Divide meat into  equal portions and season liberally with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

On high heat, quickly sear the meat and then flip and reseason.

Cover each portion of meat with thinly sliced provolone...

...and then cover with a pan or lid to melt the cheese!

Fill a toasted roll with the cheesy meat and some caramelized onions for a quick and easy dinner recipe!
