THE CUBED BREAD SPRINKLED WITH KOSHER SALT IN SOME OLIVE OIL

THE  VEGGIES, TOSS WITH OLIVE OIL AND ROAST UNTIL CARAMELIZED.

THE LEMON VINAIGRETTE... SO EASY!

TOAST THE BREAD AHEAD AND REST LIGHTLY COVERED WITH A CLEAN TOWEL UNTIL READY TO USE.

Toss

THE ROASTED VEGGIES AND BREAD TOGETHER AND THEN DRIZZLE OVER THE DRESSING.

The best Fall panzanella salad! Add a little ricotta salata (an Italian feta) on top for a little salty flavor.
