Line the bottom of a loaf pan with parchment.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

brown sugar pecans butter flour baking powder baking soda salt  spices 100% pumpkin sugar vanilla eggs oil milk

In a medium bowl mix the pumpkin, sugar egg, milk and oil in a medium bowl.

Add in the blended dry ingredients and stir until combined.

Pour mixed batter into prepared pan and spread out evenly.

Mix up the streusel topping and spread over the loaf evenly pressing in a bit. Bake in the preheated oven!

The streusel topping makes a lot so either save some for later or sprinkle it into or on top of pancakes for a sweet breakfast!
