bow tie pasta tomato paste olive oil butter light cream shallots garlic vodka crushed red pepper salt and pepper

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

and reserve almost 2 cups of pasta water!

COOK THE PASTA

in a little bit of olive oil until slightly crispy
