Homemade  Granola Recipe

Making granola at home doesn't have to be complicated. I'm sharing all my tips and tricks so you can make this easily!

Why make granola from scratch?

You can add your favorite INGREDIENTS

Which means YOU KNOW WHAT'S IN IT!

Line a  baking sheet with parchment

Grab a big mixing bowl

Preheat oven to 300˚

INGREDIENTS

classic oats maple syrup coconut oil vanilla dried cherries chocolate chips sliced almonds cinnamon coconut flakes/chips any other of your favs!

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Pour oats, dried cherries, almonds, and anything else you like in a large mixing bowl.

Mix all the wet ingredients together in a measuring cup and pour over the oat mix.

Spread out the granola on prepared baking sheet and evenly spread out. Use my technique to make big granola clusters!

Bake until crispy and during the last five minutes, sprinkle over some chocolate chips and coconut.

Cool and then using hands or a spatula, break into satisfying BIG CRISPY CHUNKS.
