Grab a big mixing bowl and a wooden spoon

Assemble all your ingredients

INGREDIENTS

sweetened coconut flour egg whites sugar sliced almonds vanilla + almond extracts

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Combine coconut, sugar, flour, and almonds.

Stir in egg whites and both extracts.

From rounded tablespoons, form balls and place 2" apart on parchment lined or greased cookie sheets. Bake until golden.

Dip cooled cookies into melted chocolate and allow to harden.
