medium chili powder ancho chili powder roasted garlic powder kosher salt cayenne pepper fish of choice

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Measure the spices into a small bowl and toss gently with a fork.

What's the best fish to use for fish tacos? If you have a locally caught fish, use that! Tilapia, grouper, mahi mahi or shrimp are great too!

 FISH TACO TIP

Pat the fish dry first and then rub the fish on both sides with the fish taco seasoning. Be generous!
