EASY LEMON BUCATINI WITH ZESTY CRUMBS

INGREDIENTS

bucatini pasta olive oil white onion garlic white wine chicken broth lemons spinach panko Parmesan cheese parsley

Pre-Preparation

Boil up some pasta

Assemble all your ingredients

Boil up some bucatini until its firm and be sure to follow the easy tip for the best sauce!

Meanwhile, make some lemony garlic breadcrumbs...melt butter in a skillet and brown panko. Toss with cheese and lemon zest!

Heat the olive oil in a skillet and slowly saute the onions until golden brown. Season with salt/pepper.

Add the garlic and cook just for 30 seconds or so until fragrant. Add white wine and cook for 2 minutes

Add the chicken broth, lemon juice/zest and a pat of butter to thicken the sauce and make it velvety.

Toss in the cooked pasta coating all the strands with the sauce.

Using tongs, toss in baby spinach leaves. They'll wilt from the heat of the pasta!

Now grab some of those zesty, lemony breadcrumbs...

...and sprinkle on top of the lemon bucatini. Top with parm and dinner is served!
