How to Make Juicy Chicken Breasts

without an oven!

grab a BIG SKILLET

The best way to cook chicken breasts every time!

some  SALT + PEPPER and parchment paper

and set aside 21 minutes

INGREDIENTS

boneless chicken breasts (patted dry) salt & pepper

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Read through the recipe completely

Grab a large skillet with a lid

Assemble all your ingredients

Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of parchment paper (or one long piece folder over)

Using the back of a pan or meat tenderizer, pound the chicken flat between the parchment until it's even on all edges. It'll get quite thin. That's ok!

Remove the parchment paper. Season the top of the chicken liberally with salt and pepper. Don't be shy!

Heat a large skillet over medium high heat and add the oil till it glistens.

Lay the seasoned side down in the pan and don't move it for 1 minute. Season the new top side.

After a minute, flip the chicken (it should come off easily ) and COVER THE PAN.

Turn off the heat. Set a timer for 10 MORE MINUTES. AGAIN...NO PEEKING!!!!

Remove the lid to the best juicy chicken breasts to use in chicken salads and more!
