Classic fall flavors thanks to a cinnamon-rich streusel topping! And the pumpkin bread batter can be used to make muffins too!

Cinnamon Streusel Topping

It's made with 100% canned pumpkin

brown sugar chopped pecans unsalted butter flour baking soda baking powder kosher salt cinnamon nutmeg allspice ground cloves ginger 100% solid pack pumpkin sugar vanilla canola oil eggs milk

Mix up the pumpkin with eggs, sugar, and oil until completely smooth.

Add the dry ingredients and mix completely. Try and eliminate the lumps!

Spray a loaf pan (approx 4"x9") and pour batter in evenly and....

Mix up the cinnamon streusel topping in a small bowl and sprinkle over the batter.

Bake at 350˚ for about an hour. Check with a skewer or cake tester. Let cool for a bit before devouring!!

 Wrap in parchment and foil before packing in a ziploc for up to 3 months.
