Whipped Mascarpone Cheese Dip with Honey and Thyme

Ingredients
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese or 1 container
- 2 T honey your favorite
- 1-2 teaspoons dried thyme start with 1
- ¾ teaspoon kosher salt or sea salt; add more to taste
Instructions
- Allow the mascarpone to sit at room temperature for 1 hour soften the cream cheese and make it easy to blend.
- Stir in honey and 1 teaspoon dried thyme and ¾ teaspoon salt. Mix together and taste. Adjust seasoning as needed.
- Allow to sit for about 30 minutes for the flavor to blend. Can be made 3 days ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
