I'm ditching my ever popular brown bag pretzel method to make the best barbecue pretzel snack. Still a no-bake or cook recipe, this easy snack will become a game day or crowd favorite especially for summer holidays!
Grab a roll of paper towels and pull off 2 strips long enough to hang over the edge of the bowl. Set one at the bottom of a large bowl and take the other one and place it in the other direction to cover the bottom of the bowl.
Pour the pretzels into the paper towel "bowl".
1 bag butter braid pretzels
Mix all the dressing, seasoning and herbs in a small bowl and sprinkle over pretzels in the bowl.
Grab the paper towels and enclose them around the pretzels, completely enclosing them. Gently hold closed with both hands and shake the seasonings over the pretzels taking care not to have pretzels pop out of any seams. Keep shaking and check to see if the pretzels are evenly coated and all of the seasoning has been used.
Place the paper "bowl" in the real bowl and open the top. Toss the pretzels again with clean hands to make sure that there isn't a lot of seasoning coating the bottom of the paper towels. Once you feel good about it, carefully pull the paper towel out from under the pretzels and leave them in the bowl.Allow to sit for a couple of hours or overnight. Before serving, stir or shake every so often to make sure the pretzels are evenly coated.
Notes
