Creamy Amaretto Semifreddo
Whip up this amaretto semifreddo (frozen whipped ice cream dessert) in literally 5 minutes and freeze it for the best make ahead dinner party dessert ever!

Ingredients
½
cup
amaretto
1.5
quart
vanilla bean ice cream
1
container Cool Whip
any size works - I typically use the 8 oz. one
Garnish: grated dark chocolate or crumbled amaretti cookies
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a stand mixer or hand mixer.
½ cup amaretto,
1.5 quart vanilla bean ice cream,
1 container Cool Whip
Pour into parfait glasses and freeze until firm about 4 hours.
Sprinkle with grated chocolate and serve with amaretti cookies.
Serving idea: layer with crumbled amaretti cookies for to make into a parfait.
