Does your homemade pasta need some garlic bread? This 15 minute garlic ciabatta bread recipe is not only fast but it is the perfect base for a chicken caprese sandwich or to dunk in some creamy tomato bisque. You'll be amazed at the crispy crunch ciabatta bread brings to easy garlic bread!
Slice the ciabatta loaf lengthwise in half and lay each halve on a foil or parchment covered baking tray or sheet pan.
In a small bow, mix the softened butter with the minced garlic until a paste forms. Stir in the parmesan cheese, kosher salt and oregano.
7 cloves garlic, ½ cup butter, ½ cup parmesan cheese, ½ tsp oregano, ½ tsp kosher salt
Spread half of the garlic butter mixture on one side of the ciabatta and the rest on the other half. Spread the butter all the way to the edges! You want all the garlicky goodness!
Sprinkle over a little extra parmesan cheese and pop into the oven for 15 minutes or so until golden brown and toasty.
Remove from oven and garnish with crushed red pepper if desired and a sprinkling of fresh chopped parsley.
Serve in a pretty bread basket or on a large wooden cutting board rustically cut into diagonal pieces.

MAKE AHEAD. You can make the paste and spread it on the bread earlier in the day you plan to bake it. Refrigerate until you're ready to bake the bread.REHEATING.Reheat on a piece of tin foil or a baking sheet until warmed through and re-crisped.FREEZING TIPS. Make the paste ahead and either form into a small log wrapped with plastic wrap or spoon into in a freezer safe container for up to 3 months.
